We're looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to play a critical role in ensuring every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, compliance, and client satisfaction. This position is key to maintaining our reputation for excellence by driving quality assurance practices, upholding rigorous safety standards, and ensuring project execution aligns with specifications and schedules.ResponsibilitiesComplies with all pertinent environmental health and safety programsMonitor and administer the QA/QC plan or program to ensure that quality related activities or functions are undertaken on the projectsObserve production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications are being met and contractual requirements are fully implementedMaintain controlled copies of Work Procedures Manuals and FormsImplement inspection criteria and proceduresConduct and document necessary field inspection investigations, and prepare and distribute timely associated reportsInvestigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to qualityMake sure that equipment and parts are operating correctly as well as meeting industry and regulatory standardsParticipates in the development of procedures and quality improvement solutions related to specific assignment areaQualificationsMust be willing to work long hours and adhere to on-site work schedules.Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver's licenseMust have reliable transportation.Incumbent must pass a drug test.Ability to work in extremely adverse weather conditionsKnowledge of quality assurance standardsWe Offer:Excellent benefits package includes:Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Supplemental Insurance: Accident & Critical Illness FSA401K & ROTH 401K Paid Time Off Company Paid Holidays Bonus PlanAll applicants will be subject to background check and drug screen.Salary commensurate with experience, Health, Dental, Vision & 401K. #LI-CC1
