QC/QA Associate Shift/Hours: Monday - FridayPay Rate: $17 /HR  Location: Fort Myers, FL Experience: 1+ yearsSummary: The QC/QA Associate is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role involves both hands-on quality control (QC) inspections and quality assurance (QA) documentation and process adherence within the manufacturing environment.QC/QA Associate Key Responsibilities:Perform routine quality checks, inspections, and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.Accurately document all inspection and test results, maintaining detailed records for quality control and traceability.Identify, report, and document product defects or non-conformities, and assist in root cause analysis and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions.Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry regulations (e.g., GMP, ISO).Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. QC/QA Associate Qualifications:Prior experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment.Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP, depending on industry).Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to understand technical specifications, blueprints, or testing protocols.Excellent documentation and communication skills. Benefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday Pay PrideStaff Hiring Requirements:Must be 18+ Years OldMust be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background CheckMust be Willing to Submit to a Drug ScreenMust be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.Jump start your career with a full-time job, with a great company, competitive wages, and let PrideStaff support you in your future employment endeavors.
