Interacts with parents on a regular basis, while performing inside and outside job duties.This position is located at either Snow Summit or Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake.Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES An effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests with respect and maturity Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and guest policies Ability to operate equipment as trained Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation and your ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.Snow Summit LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
