Job Title: Architectural DesignerJob DescriptionWe are a dynamic and growing architecture firm specializing in federal government projects, including Department of Defense (DoD) facilities, manufacturing and testing laboratories, and fire stations. With multiple recent federal contract wins, we are expanding our design team to support long-term growth and deliver high-impact public sector work. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to support the development of federal and civic projects from concept through construction documentation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about public architecture, skilled in Revit, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven team.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the creation of architectural designs from schematic through construction phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and federal standards.Produce high-quality drawings and models in Revit, supporting the project team with accurate and coordinated documentation.Work closely with project managers, experienced architects, consultants, and engineers to integrate design solutions and meet project requirements.Develop technical details and support the preparation of construction documents in compliance with applicable codes and DoD criteria.Participate in internal reviews to ensure design integrity, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.Assist in preparing presentation materials and documentation for client meetings and federal submittals.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit with a minimum of 2 years of experience.Ability to develop technical details and produce high-quality drawings.Experience working at an architectural firm with a focus on construction documentation and architectural design.Additional Skills & QualificationsB.S. in Architecture or A.A. in Drafting & Design with at least 3 years of experience working as a designer at an architecture firm.Project experience in federal, public works, commercial, mixed-use, high-tech, and government sectors.Work EnvironmentThe position offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office work required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday. The workweek consists of four 9-hour days and a half-day on Friday, with working hours from 7 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 6 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break, and from 8 AM to 12 PM on Fridays. This role provides stability for long-term growth and offers the opportunity to work on exciting federal projects.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.44 - $33.65/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
