Job DescriptionHeavy Equipment MechanicSkilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Mechanic with strong experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy machinery and diesel-powered equipment. Adept at troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using advanced diagnostic tools and OEM service software. Known for delivering safe, accurate, and timely repairs while following OSHA and workplace safety standards. Strong communicator with a proven ability to document work orders, coordinate with operators and supervisors, and manage repair priorities in fast-paced environments. Physically capable of performing demanding field and shop work, including welding, fabrication, and complex component rebuilds.Key Skills Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics Engine, powertrain, and transmission repair Preventive maintenance and inspections Reading schematics and service manuals Welding and fabrication Use of diagnostic tools and OEM software (Cat SIS, Deere Service Advisor, Komatsu Komtrax, etc.) Safety compliance & lockout/tagout procedures Heavy shop tools and hoisting equipment operation Problem-solving and root cause analysis Strong communication & documentation Time management and repair prioritization Field service and mobile equipment repair All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
