Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support operations at our client's laydown yard in Fayetteville, AR. This position is responsible for inventory management, material handling, and warehouse operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities Issue and receive materials under proper authorization, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Inspect received materials for quantity, quality, and condition; process all related records. Use computer systems and Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Word) for inventory tracking and reporting. Maintain and organize storeroom and laydown yard inventory; perform regular cycle counts and discrepancy adjustments. Prepare and pack materials for shipment or storage, following proper safety and environmental procedures (including hazardous materials). Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and cranes. Assist with loading, unloading, hauling, and delivering materials using company vehicles (Motor Vehicle Record check required). Support efficient material storage and organization within warehouses and yards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures to uphold a Zero Harm work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned under supervision. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, material handling, warehousing, or related fields. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with inventory management software (e.g., Maximo preferred). Strong basic math, communication, and record-keeping skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs and pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT). Capable of working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Licenses: Valid state driver's license required. CDL preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Preferred Experience: Heavy equipment operation, including Case 821 Wheel Loader and JLG Telehandler. Construction or outdoor material handling experience. Required attire: Steel-toe boots, jeans or long pants, and a T-shirt (no inappropriate graphics). PPE is provided; however, employees who wear glasses must provide their own side shields. Additional Information Some local travel may be required. Contract employees may be asked to relocate temporarily or permanently within a designated territory.
