We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across two sites, leading a team responsible for inventory management, truck replenishment, and supply logistics. This hands-on leadership role will shape warehouse processes, develop people, and ensure technicians always have what they need to deliver first-class service.

A leadership role with real impact across two warehouse locations supporting a high-performing service operation
~ 115,000 to 125,000 base salary plus up to 20% bonus
~ Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (company-paid)
~Overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Leading and developing Warehouse Leads, Material Experts, and Parts Runners
Managing inventory control, serialized equipment tracking, and replenishment schedules
Collaborating cross-functionally with operations and service teams to meet business needs
Tracking and reporting key warehouse performance metrics to senior leadership

3+ years of warehouse experience
~ Proven ability to manage people, processes, and inventory systems
~ Strong coaching and communication skills with a “Can Do” mindset
~ Familiarity with inventory management software (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
~ Location of the Warehouse Manager
Standard hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional travel between warehouse sites as needed.
