Tektronix is looking for a Distribution Account Manager to lead our channel success across Southern EMEA .Your MissionAs a Distribution Account Manager, you'll be the strategic force behind our distributor network, responsible for:Igniting Growth : Co-develop and execute business plans with partners to drive POS and order growth.Leading with Insight : Conduct QBRs using KPIs to assess performance and define action plans.Empowering Partners : Train and support distributors to become Tektronix product experts.Owning the Funnel : Build a robust pipeline and drive conversion.Elevating the Brand : Ensure Tektronix maintains strong mindshare across the channel.What Success Looks LikeConsistently hitting monthly and quarterly channel targets.Forecasting and managing pipeline through CRM with precision.Building strong, trust-based relationships with partners.Resolving conflicts and ensuring contract compliance.Spending significant time with customers to drive pipeline conversion.Extraordinary TeamworkCollaborate with Tektronix Regional AMs and FAEs to unlock territory potential.Co-create proposals, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.Represent Tektronix at customer meetings, partner events, and tradeshows.Monitor distributor dynamics and provide strategic feedback to leadership.What You BringTechnical qualification in Electronics Engineering, Physics , or a similar field.Understanding of the Test & Measurement industry is a big plus—but not a must.Proven track record in developing distribution and customer segments and driving sales success.Ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer value .A customer-first mindset with strong business acumen.Self-driven, autonomous , and results-oriented with a passion for execution.A team player who thrives in multicultural environments and communicates effectively at all levels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Southern Europe .Why Tektronix?At Tektronix, we don't just measure signals—we measure success by the impact we make.
