Automotive Store Assistant Manager Join our team as an Automotive Store Assistant Manager and take the next step in your career This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay based on your experience. As the Assistant Manager, you will be a key team member and fill in as the manager on duty when needed. Your role will involve ensuring top-notch service standards while helping to achieve our company goals for performance and profitability. Responsibilities: Efficiently schedule guest appointments to optimize technician capabilities for timely vehicle services and repairs. Drive sales growth by informing customers about our tire and service products and promotions. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and adjustments to enhance overall satisfaction. Create and nurture guest relationships to increase loyalty and retention. Assist technicians in communicating repair needs effectively to guests. Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment that meets Monro's high standards. Support inventory management, including stocking and unloading parts. Guide and oversee technicians in completing vehicle services efficiently and per company standards. Organize store workflows to utilize technician skills effectively. Adhere to company and governmental policies, including safety standards. Step in as the Store Manager as needed. Complete other tasks as requested by your supervisor. Enjoy a competitive pay range of $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience, along with eligibility for incentives and bonuses. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry and sales. Valid Driver License. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong communication skills and basic math skills for calculations. Team-oriented and guest-focused mindset. Monro conducts criminal background checks in compliance with applicable laws; past criminal records will be assessed based on their relation to the position. Preferred Qualifications: ASE Automotive Certifications. Proven experience in automotive sales or quick lube environments. Demonstrated leadership experience. Benefits: Performance-based incentives.
