Our high-volume stores and generous bonus structure allow top performers to earn over $130K annually.  What you'll do: Lead the Team: Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Delight Customers: Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships. Drive Sales: Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Full job description reviewed during interview.  What you'll need: Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for sales and customer service A drive to succeed and a proven track record of driving sales Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field preferred. SALES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED Proficient in computer software applications (, Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software like Tekmetric). Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (may be required).
