Join an Employee Resource Group, participate in an international lunch, or celebrate your heritage to find your place of belonging.Find Your Future - Whether you are interested in the opportunity to work seasonally or looking to launch your career, GEODIS is the place*Eligibility varies based on location, job, employee type, or length of service.What you will be doing:Tracks employee hours in account to provide feedbackDirects team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouseCoordinates with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labor requirements for rework projects, and cycle countsUnloads and moves inbound freight product to storage locations safely and efficientlyPulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loadedPerforms picking duties in an efficient manner that meets both customer and company standardsREQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up ForkliftExperience with Microsoft Office, including ExcelSynapse training preferredAbility to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbility to write simple reports and correspondenceAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formThe following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
