(DSC, TGA, DMA, Rheometer, CEF, GPC )Role Summary:Evaluate the chemical and physical properties of organic and inorganic substances within a polymer research facility.Key Responsibilities:Maintain, troubleshoot, and operate GCMS, LCMS, and FTIR instrumentsDevelop and validate analytical methods for testing and reportingInterpret data and write detailed technical reportsConduct day-to-day equipment maintenance and ensure readinessAddress customer complaints through analytical investigationWork independently with creativity and sound judgmentEnsure safety compliance in all activitiesSupport field assignments as requiredQualifications:PhD in Chemistry, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering2-5+ years of relevant experience (more preferred)Strong knowledge of GCMS, LCMS, FTIR techniquesAbility to apply complex mathematical and statistical analysesProficient in using software for data analysis and reportingEffective communication skills for both technical writing and presentations
