This role is located in New York City.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Provide paralegal assistance and support to legal professionals responsible for timely and accurate completion of a high volume of US registered fund (e.g., ETFs, mutual funds) regulatory filings and related documentationSupport multiple fund boards with ongoing governance activitiesAssist in training and supervising other paralegals in connection with US fund regulatory filingsCollaborate with counterparties, outside counsel, service providers, board members, internal business lines and departments, and regulators as neededTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Paralegal certificate from a business school, college, or university, or equivalent experience as a paralegal in a corporate, government, or private law firm setting3-5 years' experience with US registered fund regulatory filingsExperience with board governance support activities preferredStrong analytical skills and working knowledge of mutual fund regulatory filingsExcellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet timelinesProven ability to organize, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver precise and timely work products under time constraintsAbility to work effectively with others and demonstrate initiative, high work standards, and a flexible, proactive, and energetic attitudeAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:BNY NewsroomBNY LinkedIn Here's a few of our recent awards:America's Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025World's Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025"Most Just Companies", Just Capital and CNBC, 2025Our Benefits and Rewards:BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $70,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
