Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Hybrid - 3 days onsite (flexible schedule)Pay: $25/hour | Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-HireAbout the RoleSeeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist (5+ years) to manage high-volume, complex accounts in a fast-paced environment. This role handles high-risk accounts, deduction notices, and invoice research, with potential to grow into a team lead position.Key ResponsibilitiesManage $11M in receivables and ~15K open invoicesReview and resolve deduction notices and billing discrepanciesResearch account issues and ensure invoice accuracyPartner with internal teams to resolve payment concernsSupport process improvements and audit readinessQualifications5+ years of AR or collections experience (distribution background a plus)Strong organizational and research skillsExperience with Infor M3 and/or Billtrust AR preferredProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a high-volume settingSchedule & EnvironmentFlexible hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, flexible hours)Collaborative, fast-paced team environmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
