Explore our Glassdoor page to see why so many choose to build a meaningful career with usAs a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:Developing and executing thorough test plans to ensure high-quality software applications.Participating in test planning, writing and automating test cases/scripts, and executing tests.Defining and tracking essential quality assurance metrics, including defects and test results.Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate and improve software processes, integrating insights to address business needs.Documenting issues and assisting with their resolution.Providing quality process training to technical staff and serving as an internal quality consultant.Performing quality audits across various IT functions to ensure adherence to quality standards and methodologies.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in systems development, testing, and/or business roles.Complexity: This is an intermediate-level professional position, working on projects of moderate to high complexity.
