The ideal candidate will have a proven history of driving successful ERP implementations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Work on Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AHCS).Lead and support ERP implementation and enhancement projects.Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.Support integrations and cloud-based ERP processes.Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.Required Skills & Experience (Must Have):7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.Hands-on experience as an ERP Functional Analyst (GL, AHCS).10+ years of experience in Business Analysis / ERP implementation.Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects.Strong knowledge of ERP Cloud modules: AP, AR, FA, CE.Strong understanding of Business Process Flows.Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration methodologies.Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).Background in integration tools and ERP integration practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
