Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst – Oracle Fusion with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of driving successful ERP implementations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AHCS).
Lead and support ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Support integrations and cloud-based ERP processes.
Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Required Skills & Experience (Must Have):
~7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
~ Hands-on experience as an ERP Functional Analyst (GL, AHCS).
~10+ years of experience in Business Analysis / ERP implementation.
~ Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects.
~ Strong knowledge of ERP Cloud modules: AP, AR, FA, CE.
~ Strong understanding of Business Process Flows.
~ Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration methodologies.
~ Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
~ Background in integration tools and ERP integration practices.
~ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
