The Manager of Clinical Liaison Operations is responsible for building a disciplined physician-relationship engine that drives referrals, strengthens hospital & surgery center partnerships, and ensures meaningful, trackable outreach activity across all locations.This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing field operations, coaching relationship performance, and ensuring each Clinical Liaison produces measurable referral growth. This position is the engine that turns physician and community relationships into real patient volume.What you'll do: Clinical Liaison Leadership & Performance Management-Directly manage all Clinical Liaisons (CLs), including:Daily schedules, field visit planning, travel routes, and regional territory alignmentVisit verification and quality standards — ensuring all visits are meaningful, documented, and referral-focusedMonthly performance scorecards and referral pipeline reportingConduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and in-person development meetingsHold CLs accountable to visit cadence, referral growth, physician follow-ups, and documentation standardsPhysician Relationship & Referral Development-Own the strategy for physician, surgery center, hospital, and specialist relationshipsBuild standardized:Physician bindersConsult & follow-up workflowsReferral relationship lifecycle processLead physician onboarding meetings, in-person consultations, and ongoing referral development supportOperations, Budgeting & Infrastructure- Manage:CL budgets, company credit cards; Liaison expenses, deadlines, and travel complianceCoordinating and reporting budget expensesInternal and external transfer contacts per locationPhysician Referral lists per locationEquipment, inventory, CPR training supplies, physician drop-off materialsPhysically support and complete inventory events when requiredEnsure all regional operational needs for CL teams are met (seasonal and location-specific)Community & CPR Program Oversight-Oversee:CPR class scheduling, execution, documentation, and equipment coordinationCL support for schools, universities, gyms, and community partnersEnsure all CPR and community initiatives are referral-driven and outcome-trackedReporting & Growth Analytics-Verify all visit activity is accurately documented.Track:Visit effectivenessReferral patternsPhysician engagement lifecyclePresent actionable insights to leadership on what is driving patient growth — and what is notWho we're looking for:5+ years in healthcare outreach, provider relations, clinical liaison leadership, or referral developmentProven ability to manage field-based teams with accountabilityStrong understanding of:Physician referral dynamicsRelationship-driven growth modelsMedical practice operationsHighly organized with exceptional follow-throughComfortable being in the field — not desk-boundMust have reliable weekend availability
