A ProvideLT client is currently seeking Board Certified Family Practice Physician to provide immediate locums coverage for an outpatient Family Practice Clinic .Board Eligible FP is accepted as long as it is within one year of completing residency.Assignment schedule Monday to Wednesday 9a-5p, Thursday 9a-7:30p and Friday 9a-3p. Provider must be able to see all ages from Peds to geriatrics. With 2 mid-levels ad 2 Physicians staff support. Must have an active PA and DEA license.
