A ProvideLT client in the state of Indiana is currently seeking a Physician Hospitalist for Locum Tenens with the following requirements: Board Certified in Internal Medicine Physician / Family practice With active IN license With Active DEA/ CSR Job Information: To start: August 6, 2018 Volume of Patients: 14 inpatients/ shift Schedule: 12 hour shift August 6th at 5pm, through August 13th at 5pm. August 20th at 5pm through August 27th at 5pm. Ongoing 7on 7off available. With night call.
