Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do: Visit customer homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. Educate customers on using their technology and recommend additional services as needed. Maintain a tidy work area and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently, yet collaboratively with your team. Best practices from our experienced technicians. Skills, Experience, and Requirements What You'll Need: Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record is mandatory. Flexible Schedule: Willingness to travel as necessary; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays is required. Physical Capability: Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft). Lift weights of up to 70 lbs. Must adhere to a 335 lb weight limit. Customer Focus: Ability to build trust and create great experiences for customers. Problem Solving Skills: Capable of addressing various challenges efficiently. Determination: Comfort working in tight spaces and varying weather conditions.
