Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do: You will go to customers' homes to troubleshoot and introduce them to smart home technology. Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in various residences. Educate customers on how to use their technology and recommend additional services as appropriate. Maintain a clean working environment and uphold a professional demeanor while independently managing tasks and staying connected with your team. Best practices shared from our most experienced technicians. Skills, Experience, and Requirements What You'll Need: Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record is essential. Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays is required. Physical Capability: Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft). Lifting up to 70 lbs. Must meet and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs. Customer Focus: Build rapport and provide an outstanding experience. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address various challenges quickly and effectively. Determination: Work effectively in tight spaces and in various weather conditions.
