This is a hybrid position for someone local to Tyson's Corner or Metro DC who can commute to client sites and our HQ office as needed.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Reporting to our SVP of Revenue & Growth, you'll leverage your expertise in digital transformation and consulting services to identify new opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and represent Main Digital's capabilities to prospective clients. Working closely with our Delivery and Talent teams, you'll help shape innovative solutions and ensure we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional results. Your efforts will directly support our mission to deliver impactful digital transformation services and expand our presence in key markets.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree preferred. Demonstrated success selling solutions/consulting services to commercial enterprise businesses or federal integrators that include digital transformation, intelligent automation, process engineering, software development, analytics, and/or IT infrastructure/cloud IT services. 5-10 years of enterprise executive selling experience in quota-carrying IT professional services sales with a track record of success consistently exceeding annual quotas for delivering $3MM of new annual revenues. Proven ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis. Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales culture. Strategic account planning skills Proven success in breaking into Fortune 1000 accounts and/or accounts over $1B in annual revenues. High level of personal and professional integrity, excellent attention to detail, and strong time management skills. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Experience with platforms such as Appian, UiPath, Pegasystems, Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, and/or Celonis is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a "Hunter" to develop new logo business in targeted accounts. Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions. Identify leads via existing network, cold-calling, networking, events, and/or other sources and develop relationships with C-level executives within targeted markets and sectors. Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities by visiting work sites, delivering sales presentations, and gathering an understanding of client needs. Manage client expectations throughout the full sales cycle and closing process. Continue the development of accounts after the initial new logo sale to expand the account into different business units and solutions.
