This position is Contract to Hire.Must Have:8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environmentExpertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per sessionMastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative SuiteHands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CROExcellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiencesYour Role: Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.Outcomes:Deliver complete, test-ready user experiencesfrom concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-offbacked by A/B test results and user insightsIndependently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iterationGenerate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design directionIdentify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputsCollaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraintsChampion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organizationPropose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalabilityCompetencies:Performance-Minded: Designs with a CRO-first lens, balancing business goals with user needs to drive measurable outcomesAnalytical: Relies on data and behavioral patterns to uncover insights and validate hypotheses through experimentation and iterationInitiative-Driven: Doesn't wait for directionidentifies design gaps and proactively proposes and executes UX solutionsClear Communicator: Effectively tailors communication to different audienceswhether engineers, PMs, or stakeholdersensuring alignment and clarityCollaborative: Thrives in cross-functional environments, building productive relationships across design, product, and engineering teamsMentorship-Oriented: Shares expertise, coaches peers, and helps foster a high-performance UX cultureStrategic Thinker: Understands how UX decisions impact broader business objectives and prioritizes solutions accordinglyTotal compensation base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework.
