This position is Contract to Hire. Must Have: 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences Your Role: Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties. Outcomes: Deliver complete, test-ready user experiencesfrom concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-offbacked by A/B test results and user insights Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability Competencies: Performance-Minded: Designs with a CRO-first lens, balancing business goals with user needs to drive measurable outcomes Analytical: Relies on data and behavioral patterns to uncover insights and validate hypotheses through experimentation and iteration Initiative-Driven: Doesn't wait for directionidentifies design gaps and proactively proposes and executes UX solutions Clear Communicator: Effectively tailors communication to different audienceswhether engineers, PMs, or stakeholdersensuring alignment and clarity Collaborative: Thrives in cross-functional environments, building productive relationships across design, product, and engineering teams Mentorship-Oriented: Shares expertise, coaches peers, and helps foster a high-performance UX culture Strategic Thinker: Understands how UX decisions impact broader business objectives and prioritizes solutions accordingly Total compensation base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits.
