These roles will partner closely with senior process leaders to analyze, document, map, and improve critical business processes across lending and treasury payment services.This is a hands-on role ideal for process analysts who are strong communicators, comfortable leading conversations, and capable of translating complex workflows into clear, actionable process maps and recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead stakeholder interviews to understand current processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.Develop end-to-end process maps using Visio or IBM BlueWorks Live.Support design of future state processes, service models, and operating models.Facilitate workshops, ask probing questions, and uncover root causes.Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across:Lending lifecycle (origination, underwriting, approval, booking)Portfolio management and ongoing monitoringTreasury Payment Services (TPS) cross-border operationsPrepare documentation and materials that support process redesign and change management.Collaborate with senior process leads (Min in Toronto, Amber in Chicago/Naperville).Partner across business and technology teams while maintaining a business-first mindset.
