Here, you will find a welcoming community that deeply values the services we provide.What We Offer: Starting Salary: $57,000/year for certified officers; $54,000/year for non-certified officers. Salaries are negotiable based on years of experience and qualifications, particularly for Virginia-certified law enforcement officers. Work Schedule: Twelve-hour shifts with every other weekend off, plus opportunities for additional overtime and court-related overtime.
