Perform physical labor when needed-because great leaders lead by example What You Bring to the Table:Experience & Skills: At least 2 years of industrial cleaning or related experience preferred. Proficiency in operating industrial vacuum trucks, hydro blasting equipment, and related machinery. Strong communication and leadership skills-because teamwork makes the dream work. Ability to analyze technical procedures and follow safety guidelines without cutting corners. Basic math skills to measure work progress and ensure job accuracy. Requirements: Must meet the qualifications of an Industrial Cleaning Technician and Operator. Ability to work in extreme temperatures, noisy environments, and various weather conditions. Physical ability to climb ladders up to 250 feet, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform strenuous tasks.
