Good computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. D365 navigation skills to assist with training Techs and troubleshooting problems. Assist Supervisor and Process Engineering for technician certifications and operation training records. Writing procedures as needed to implement 5S and Kaizen activities ongoing improvements. Ability to work with QIE to implement changes in the Quality Procedures, Team Notes and Production Check sheets. Assisting Supervisor with daily tasks and be able to cover shifts in the absence of the Supervisor. Able to assist to delegate personnel, maintain product flow on all 6 product lines. Communicate with Production Control to make sure daily plans are achieved through Production Scheduling and Product Flow. Work with Production team to reduce Nonconforming products. Work with Supervisor reduce scrap and rework.
