Hiring process can take less than 1 weekSalary:$42,500+ per year Based on ExperienceWe offer:Flexible set schedulesWeekly payBonuses - monthly, quarterly, and yearlyWeekend mealsBenefits PackageGrowth OpportunitiesRequirements:Availability to work full timeAvailability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)Ability to manage and lead a teamWork alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area2 years swim experience2 years management or leadership experienceMust be able to accommodate 37-40 hrs per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 930 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 830am-300pm that rotates weekly.Duties:SchedulingTrainingStaffingMaintenanceOrdering suppliesCustomer serviceManaging and leading a teamPosition is salaried based on experience.
