Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our THERAPY team This is an hourly position with flexible scheduling offering 24-40 hours a week, providing care across Outpatient Adult/Geriatric and Inpatient settings- just a short just drive north from Madison As an Occupational Therapist, you willEvaluate, treat, and develop care plans for patients in accordance with established Occupational Therapy standards. Deliver personalized, evidence-based care based on each patient's diagnosis, age, and individual needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support continuity of care.
