OT services are provided to promote health and wellness to individuals who have or are at risk of developing an illness, injury, disease, disorder, condition, impairment, disability, activity limitation, or restricted participation in activities. Must be able to communicate in the language of the client and document client related activity as appropriate. Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills. Possess adequate and effective interpersonal skills. Experience in Home Health as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)preferred.
