Service Concierge Appointment Coordinator

Job Description:The Business Development Center (BDC) Appointment Coordinator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to the Service Department within the dealership. Bi-lingual proficiency is highly preferred for this role.Responsibilities:Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention Build and maintain knowledge of service processes and protocol Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, repair value, and customer retention. Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of relevant Toyota Customers, referrals, other generic service customers. Answer phones.
