Craft schedules and manage labor budgets to keep the kitchen humming efficiently. Maintain sparkling clean equipment and storage areas, ensuring top-notch safety and sanitation. Mentor your team, boosting morale, resolving issues, and helping each member shine. Keep stock levels on point, rotating products and maintaining quality. Communicate special requests and upcoming events to keep everyone in the loop. Tackle weekly cleaning projects and closing checklists like a pro. Dive into other tasks as needed, bringing your leadership to every challenge. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESYou'll directly manage the Dining Kitchen team, steering the ship with confidence.
