You are a great collaborator and communicator and bring a very positive attitude to work You are able to complete tasks and implement processes in 1⁄3 of the time of a peer.What will you do?As an Account Executive, you will work with our partner organizations on growing the Carda Health program across their patient population. You will work with our Head of Growth to help source opportunities and prospects who are good candidates to partner with Carda Health to expand their cardiac and pulmonary rehab services. You will be a crucial member of our small team working collaboratively to make Carda Health's growth a model for other companies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and ready to make an impact from Day 1.In a little more detail, you will be expected to:Expand and grow the Carda Health program within partner organizationsIdentify and help manager opportunities within our partnership pipelineHandle all outreach and communications across the top of the sales funnelHandle administrative and operational tasks related to the sales processReport key metrics back to Carda leadership on performanceWhat we look for:1 year track record of exceeding performance based metricsEndless desire to exceed performance metrics sent your wayStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast paced environment with little directionInherent growth mindset: you are always focused on improving faster and getting the team to do the sameAbility to track and report on a key metric or several key metrics that define your successHighly collaborative and excellent written and oral communication skills.
