The therapist will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with diverse medical and developmental needs. Daily tasks include working closely with multidisciplinary team members, documenting progress, communicating with families, and participating in collaborative problem-solving sessions and continuing education opportunities to enhance treatment outcomes and clinical skills.QualificationsExpertise in Physical Therapy and Pediatric Physical Therapy, with a focus on skillful evaluation and treatment techniques tailored to childrenBackground in Pediatrics and experience in Rehabilitation servicesStrong understanding of medical principles and their application in pediatric careExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and colleagues effectivelyAbility to work in a multidisciplinary, child-centered environmentCommitment to professional development and evidence-based care practicesLicense to practice Physical Therapy (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Texas)Prior experience in working with children with special medical and developmental needs
