This position provides essential psychological services to help foster a positive learning environment and ensure student success.Key Responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 studentsDevelop and implement tailored intervention strategies and support plansCollaborate closely with educators, parents, and administrators to address student needsProvide counseling and crisis intervention as appropriateParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality in accordance with school policies and professional standardsQualifications and Experience:Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related fieldValid and current school psychology certification or licensureExperience working with a diverse student population in K-12 settingsStrong assessment, counseling, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamLocation: Avon Park, FloridaPosition Type: Contract Complete School Year This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development and school climate within a supportive educational environment.
