The Senior Purchasing & Project Administrator will manage purchasing activities, coordinate vendor and subcontractor relationships, oversee project documentation within Salesforce, and provide procurement and logistics support to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.Project Type:Commercial Roofing & Siding ProjectsJob Responsibilities:Issue and manage Purchase Orders and Work Orders through SalesforceCoordinate vendor and specialty supplier orders (Home Depot, Lowes, specialty suppliers)Track inventory levels and process timely replenishment aligned with active project schedulesManage equipment rentals, deliveries, and vendor billing accuracySet up new projects in Salesforce with correct divisional data and codesDraft and track change orders, both internal and externalReconcile vendor invoices and open POs, ensuring proper approvalsOnboard new subcontractors and vendors; issue and collect new vendor packetsMaintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W-9s, and subcontractor compliance documentationAssist with subcontractor payroll processing, reports, and approvalsProfessionally handle calls and serve as liaison between PMs, estimators, vendors, and accountingKeep organized records for all purchasing and administrative activitiesQualifications/Requirements:5+ years of experience in purchasing or project administration, ideally in construction or commercial roofingStrong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar ERP/project management toolsExcellent organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task and prioritizeEffective communicator with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teamsDetail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and compliance trackingEligibility to work in the U.S.Preferred:Familiarity with commercial roofing/siding operationsExperience with measurement conversions, fabrication orders, and vendor onboarding processesIntermediate to advanced Excel and document management skillsLegal & EEO Language:Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. xhmxlyz All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Your Right to Work:In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
