What You Will LeadBuild the entire revenue engine from scratchDrive GTM strategy, pricing, positioning, and sales structureLeverage your existing network in the dietary supplements industry to generate revenue fastScale revenue aggressively to prepare the company for acquisitionHire, lead, and develop sales + marketing teams What We’re Looking ForDirect experience in nutritional and dietary supplements (mandatory)Proven success scaling revenue from early-stage to $10M–$20M+A strong, active network of supplement founders, Amazon sellers, and e-commerce operatorsA builder xhmxlyz mindset: fast execution, ownership, urgencyComfortable with a high-intensity, 24-month horizon leading to a liquidity event CompensationBase Salary: $150,000–$300,000 Variable Compensation: Performance-based Equity: 0.5%–2% (critical component) Total OTE: $200,000–$500,000+ Compensation is directly tied to growth and the exit event.
