This position requires flexibility of hours.Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required.EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:Five years of related experience in area or clinical specialty.Leadership experience, preferred.LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:Required:Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider (ACLS) issued by American Heart AssociationPreferred:Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) issued by Emergency Nurses Association (ENA)Current certification in applicable nursing specialtySKILLS:Good managerial, communicative and organizational skills. xhmxlyz Job Title: Manager, Clinical Department_Critical Care Unit Department: Critical Care Unit Shift Duration: 8 Primary Shift: Days Time Type: Full time Location: 100 W California Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91105 Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $162,988.00 - $236,333.00.Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
