This is an opportunity to:Drive innovation and best practices across emergency and critical care services.Enhance quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness.Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing clinical culture.Ideal Candidate Profile:Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees required, one of which must be in Nursing; Doctorate preferred.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven ability to lead complex clinical operations and drive performance improvement.Understanding of California nursing laws.EEO StatementKirby Bates Associates is an EEO/AA Employer.
