As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play a key role in the disbursement and payment processes that support the success of a respected healthcare network. What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Clerk: The Accounts Payable Clerk will handle essential AP and disbursement duties, including: Processing full-cycle AP: invoice entry, 3-way matching, purchase order review, and payment preparation. Reconciling vendor statements and responding to payment inquiries. Supporting disbursement runs, ensuring accuracy in check, ACH, and electronic payments. Maintaining AP logs, payment records, and audit documentation. Using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and a 10-key to maintain data accuracy. Operating within a shared services framework and ERP system (Workday or PeopleSoft). What You Bring as an Accounts Payable Clerk: To succeed as an Accounts Payable Clerk, you should bring: 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk. Familiarity with disbursement processes, AP batching, and invoice coding. High attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills. Experience with Excel and 10-key, plus ERP systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.). Prior experience in healthcare or multi-entity shared services environments is a plus.
