Whether you are seeking an entry-level opportunity to learn or bring significant experience and attention to detail, this position offers a supportive environment focused on training and development.Responsibilities:Process accounts payable transactions, including data entry, filing, and invoice management.Perform three-way matching of invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy.Handle payment approvals and coordinate wire transfers or check processing as needed.Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.Support the transition to automated systems while maintaining efficiency during manual processes.Work closely with the accounting team and other departments to streamline financial workflows.Requirements:Prior experience in accounts payable or related financial roles is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage high transaction volumes.Ability to collaborate with internal teams and vendors effectively.Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.A degree is not required; recent graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.Comfortable working in a quiet, focused office environment.
