Why You'll Love This Role: Work in a collaborative, supportive environment Gain exposure to multiple aspects of accounting and operations Be part of a growing company that values your contributions Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk: Enter and apply incoming payments accurately Resolve outstanding balances and manage credit memos Monitor the accounts receivable email inbox and respond promptly Send monthly statements to customers Assist with month-end tasks and procedures Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Clerk: 3+ years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) Experience with accounting and ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics, xhmxlyz Great Plains, or Business Central a plus) Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Accounts payable experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Prior experience working with large retailers is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus Benefits: PTO and paid holidays 401(k) Medical, life, and disability insurance available #INDEC2025 #ZRCFS
