This is a non-partnership-track role offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of business immigration matters in a collaborative, high-performing team environment. About the Role The firm's immigration team represents corporate clients and individuals across industries-including technology, biotech, professional services, and the arts-on all aspects of U.S. immigration and nationality law. The group assists with everything from temporary work visas and permanent residency to citizenship and compliance solutions for organizations managing high volumes of immigration cases. Key Responsibilities Prepare and file nonimmigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A/B/C, I-140, I-485) petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates. Manage and mentor legal assistants on casework and process execution. Stay current on developments in immigration law and policy. Draft alerts, blog posts, and other thought leadership materials. Participate in client trainings and support the section's business development initiatives. Qualifications JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission (or eligibility for admission) to the Massachusetts Bar. Minimum of 3 years of attorney-level business immigration experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities. Team-oriented approach with a high level of professionalism. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 Annual bonus eligibility. Comprehensive benefits package offered.
