We are passionate about the marine industry as exemplified in our work every day, and encourage those who share this passion to apply.*Positions available** Lead Marine Systems Technician*Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:** Maintain customers boats as well as troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues.* Possess a thorough understanding of all aspects of mechanical and specialized systems found on both power and sailboats of all sizes.* Display a commitment to consistently delivering quality service and excellent attention to detail.* Communicate effectively with both coworkers and customers.* Assist in recruiting, mentoring and training less experienced technicians.* Committed to continuous improvement and willingness to participate in continuing education/training opportunities as they are presented.*Qualified candidates will have:** A minimum of *four* years of experience in service within the marine industry* A high level of proficiency with marine engines* Background in onboard electrical and plumbing systems is a plus* Ability to perform fabrication, welding, and soldering tasks is a plus.* Strong communication skills and a focus on continued growth*Schedule** 4 day work week*The Company*Bristol Marine is a full-service marine company with locations in Maine, Massachusetts, Florida, and Rhode Island.
