Take the next step in your professional journey with us and make a real impact in the lives of our patients. Education and Certification:Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Program: Completion of a program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) is required.Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License: Must hold a valid RCP license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Certification in either BLS or CPR is required.Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT): Must be certified as an RRT by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).Note: Respiratory therapists who obtained their RRT credential from the NBRC after July 1, 2002, must maintain their certification according to NBRC requirements.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:CPR Certification: Must meet American Heart Association (AHA) standards, including both a didactic and skills demonstration component, within 30 days of hire.Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Certification in either BLS or CPR is required. xhmxlyz Osteopathic Respiratory Care or Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP): Must be licensed as a RCP.Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT): Certification as an RRT is required.
