In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, applying your expertise to guide design decisions, develop innovative solutions, and ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical design and review for complex, multi-sector projects, ensuring accuracy and quality.Act as a technical specialist, applying advanced engineering principles to develop creative, effective solutions.Oversee rigorous QA/QC processes to meet quality standards and project objectives.Research and advise on technical challenges of significant scope and complexity.Provide guidance and direction to staff on design methods and project execution.Promote efficiency, quality, and consistency by helping refine engineering standards and guidelines.Mentor junior engineers, reviewing their work and fostering professional growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering.Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with extensive mechanical engineering experience.Strong expertise in QA/QC for complex engineering projects.Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Interested in hearing more?
