These positions offer exposure to high-profile cases, strong mentorship, and clear paths for advancement.Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13 proceedings Advise on corporate restructuring, distressed M&A, and creditor/debtor rights Draft and negotiate restructuring agreements and related documentation Handle litigation related to bankruptcy and insolvency matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex financial transactionsWhy join us?
