Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirements* Design and implement user-centered solutions to improve customer processes, tools, and systems* Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions* Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, research and service design, and other designers to ensure alignment and successful implementation of design solutions* Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics* Advocate for best practices in user experience design and ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines* Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into internal marketing workflows**Minimum Qualifications*** Minimum of 4 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on internal workflows and processes* Proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions for complex workflows* Strong understanding of marketing processes and tools* Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar* Excellent communication and collaboration skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail* Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in ecommerce- B2B and B2C* Knows designing for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel experiences* Experience with Agile software design $183,700.Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses,
